So today went pretty well. Somehow, I bumped my pedometer and it threw off my steps/cals/ etc. so I'm not totally sure how I ended up??? I clocked 10 min. on the eliptical again. Today was a bit more difficult though because my knees were really hurting :( I LOVE sweet tea and have not had any for 2 days...a big deal for me. Look forward to starting my challenges tomorrow. I can do the less carbs thing but I'm concerned about the sugar one. I can for sure cut back on sugar but am not not sure I can give it ALL up at once. Wondering if anyone has any TASTY but BUDGET FRIENDLY SMOOTHIE RECIPES???? I would love to hear any and all suggestions! Thanks.
