mum lookin' good ...now slowy moving the fat ...this time mum not going back ..i truley am strating to like myself again .i like what i see in the mirror ..and yes i realise i have a way to go but.i wil remain positive now and forever ..want to use my words of wisdom and practise them every day ....

this life of yours is so precious ,live everyday like it is your last .
tomorrow is always just around the corner .
just sit back ,live life , love life , enjoy life , and best of all be happy ...
