Probably an anomaly, but I ride the heck out of my bike and have recently had to tighten my belt to keep my pants from falling down. I have not lost weight in a while though. Average bike rides are 17.2 miles in the 13.5-14 mph average range. There are plenty of stop signs and yield signs on the trail.Hoping this trend continues.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
