Wow, it's been about 8 years since I last logged in. A lot has changed for me. I've had two more kids, I finally finished school, and I gained A LOT more weight...ugh. The last couple of years has been really stressful. One of my kiddos had a brain tumor (she's doing amazing now and tumor-free) and I gained about 45 lbs. I'm still mobile and chase my kids around despite my weight. At the last dr appt my cholesterol was a little high, and I'm feeling the extra weight. My friend and I are keeping each other accountable. We've been tracking our food and steps...each week we go up in steps. It feels like the same old song and dance I've been doing for the last 10 plus years, but my body really needs me to take care of it.

We have different stories but we have share same common goal. I was so fed up with weight last year that in December I went to nutritionist she was super helpful and gave me an awesome program to follow. Then I had a slip and she said this work ain’t going to last with “slips” and she sent me to therapist and after that to this day I’m 13 pounds lighter since December 23rd. This might be helpful 💖I wish for you to succeed 💎
