Oops .. forgot to weigh this morning in my haste to get out the door for my daughter's 8:30 am piano class across town. Oh well - it's all good. My hot yoga journey continues with another class today. I was spent again but regained my composure quicker. Lots of twisting in today's class. It untwisted the knot I had in my right shoulder :). I must be getting used to the heat because it didn't make me dizzy today. I rained sweat again .... I expect it will be an ongoing experience. I remember a time when I refused to be sweaty. I was a teenager (mid-teens) with an "allergy" to gym and everything sports related. I used to say "Sweating is for horses, ladies should only glisten". What a fluffy and shallow thing to say .. hehehehehe. My "currency" back then was different than it is now - thank God for life experience! Controlled eating today in preparation for Thanksgiving dinner at my mother tomorrow. I started the morning early with eggs and cheese. I plan to end the day with grilled chicken breast and grilled vegetables. Lots of water throughout the day to flush those toxins! Anyway, productive Sunday so far. I am writing and watching the Devil Wears Prada in between (hehehehehe ... love everything with Meryl Streep). Have a great day all!
