My family started a while ago doing Friday Fat Night, so Friday is the night we will go out or have something a little more fattening (like pizza). Unfortunately, the last few weekends have turned into Friday Fat Night, Saturday Fat day, and Sunday Fat day. My husband and I came up with this idea so we'd eat better the rest of the week, but he has been very lax on the eating better and I don't know how to get him back up and going. He can just reduce his calories by a little bit and lose weight, so he doesn't care so much, but I have to work hard to try to lose anything. My husband makes supper most of the time(or doesn't and then we end up going out to eat), so I don't know how to get through to him that I can't eat the crap that he does. I appreciate that he cooks but he won't cook anything healthy because he doesn't like it. What to do, what to do...
