They are my BF is really struggling with this.. He would get to almost at the end of a 2 week induction go to lunch with the buddies and gain a bit.. Seems like he keeps loosing that same 10 pounds all over agian... This time he is on day 5 of the two week and hasnt lost hardly anything... Hang in there it will come off.
