I ate 1 carrot, a slice of cucumber,some tomatoes and my friends forced me to eat a packet of "jiggies" and i had water today and 2 cups of coffee with milk. Walked and climbed stairs today,cleaned house and am now going to go exercise.School tomorrow,will hopefully be in 58

Oh sweetie - it is not really my business. I am concerned that your are ruining your metabolism by starving yourself - and your body will use all your muscle to fuel itself since you are not eating any protein at all. I understand you want instant results and only have a few pounds to lose but please try to do it in a healthy way.

I support your efforts to be healthy but am a bit concerned about eating 1 carrot and a slice of cucumber....you need a source of protein and I'm hoping this was just a snack and not the full days meal.

I have to say all the activities that you are doing you don't have enough fuel for in you. Please eat a little more then exercise, this way you have enough to keep you going and you will still lose the weight! :)

Jiggies are a type of chip thing kind of like nicknaks. They sell it at our school .I do not like it so much, i know it is unhealthy. This was the whole day meal i had for that day.ate a bit more today.Had musli with milk and honey,a slice of cheese with honey on it,jiggies (again forced) vegetables with mango juice ,a slice of cheese with honey on it and plenty of water.that all.
