This past week coming off from the migraine headaches...i have been so tired and full of the "shoulds" that i actually havn't been able to do or accomplish anything. I have eaten well and exercised only twice this past week. I've decided to set aside time everyday for the things i need to do and that way the "shoulds" would go away because i would be able to get to each thing. My cousin wakes up at 4a.m and works out and then runs for 6 miles. I wish i could have the time to do that.
