I've had a migraine headache for two days. I've been in bed. Had pizza last night for dinner. This morning was dr appt and laying in bed with pain medicine...had a turkey burger with no bread for lunch and same for dinner. I was hungry and i also had 2 poptarts. Headache is better and tomorrow i can hopefully be back on my feet. Dr. said i must and need to exercise with the conditions that i have....its not only losing weight but a very big key factor in also feeling better and getting my energy back. I lost another pound...so that makes two pounds since March 28th. I didn't do so well last night on diet but i did better today and that's what counts. Now got to get that exercise in.
