This past week coming off from the migraine headaches...i have been so tired and full of the "shoulds" that i actually havn't been able to do or accomplish anything. I have eaten well and exercised only twice this past week. I've decided to set aside time everyday for the things i need to do and that way the "shoulds" would go away because i would be able to get to each thing. My cousin wakes up at 4a.m and works out and then runs for 6 miles. I wish i could have the time to do that.

I've had a migraine headache for two days. I've been in bed. Had pizza last night for dinner. This morning was dr appt and laying in bed with pain medicine...had a turkey burger with no bread for lunch and same for dinner. I was hungry and i also had 2 poptarts. Headache is better and tomorrow i can hopefully be back on my feet. Dr. said i must and need to exercise with the conditions that i have....its not only losing weight but a very big key factor in also feeling better and getting my energy back. I lost another pound...so that makes two pounds since March 28th. I didn't do so well last night on diet but i did better today and that's what counts. Now got to get that exercise in.

Ate well today...oatmeal and toast for breakfast, Tuna salad for lunch and chicken and vegetables for dinner. I do need to eat more inbetween meals so i don't get so hungry. I also need to be drinking more water. I had two cups of coffee today with creamer and splenda and right now i'm having a sweet tea. So i know i need to cut these out and get on water all the time. My foot hurts a lot today and i am in bed right now tired. I did my best for today and i am happy about it...but i know i need and could do more. So gotta keep on pushing myself and do more tomorrow.

Last night i had pizza and beer. Its been a rough work week and i was a bit depressed and very tired. Funny though i read an Oxygen magazine article from the owner on how she herself was cheating on her diet as she was writing her article bc she had an argument with her husband the night before. Her advice was...we cheat and try to not beat yourself up over fit. Pick yourself up and tomorrow is another day to do it right. I honestly feel if i don't cheat when i need to then i will fail at losing wait. When i get too rigid about the diet...i feel guilty and depressed about all of it and then i fall off the wagon all together.
