Well the ship crashed yesterday! Had a lot of booze last night and feel like crap today. I guess that's a good thing as next time I want a drink I need to read this Journal Entry and remember how crappy I feel!!
Today is going to be a good day. I am going to MAKE it a good day. I am going to walk and drink lots of water. My water intake has been so-so; SO I want to focus on getting that water down!
