I've completed my 17th week of this journey today!!! Unbelievable. I've lost a grand total of 50 lbs since January ... a total of 89 from my all time recorded high of 277 lbs. Wow ... it just occurred to me when I do reach my goal I will have lost over 100 lbs ... a small adult or large child!!!

I've packed my exercise clothes and want to keep up the exercise during vacation. If I just do it first thing in the morning I'll be fine. I always plan to exercise when I'm away but I rarely do. I hope it works this time. We're putting together last minute stuff then hitting the road!! I may check in but I am not traveling with my scale so no weigh-in's till I return. Keep a good thought for me!!

Have a great vacation. I know you will do great. You are doing really well. 100lbs is a lot and you have done almost that, wow, when you think about it that way its hard to believe huh. I think about that sometimes too. Have a great trip, take care.

All good thoughts. I'll can check in with Frank if you want me to..LOL. 100 lbs is amazing but you know what....the 89 you have already lost is equally amazing. The only exercise I seem to be able to consistently do on vacation is WALKING. Take it easy and have a great time.

100 pounds gone is such an accomplishment! And what a difference it makes, right? Have fun on vacation and dont exercise *too* much. After all you are supposed to be relaxing lol Do something short but intense every morning, like powerwalk for 30 mins, just so you can boost your energy but dont over work yourself. I think you will do fine without Frank. We'll be thinking of you and look forward to you coming back into FS town, but have fun while away!

I'm not missing Frank much!!! LOL!!! And I'm just doing a workout at the hotel exercise room in the mornings. We are doing a lot of walking and I am having a wonderful time. Also enjoying foods I don't always eat ... but doing well I think!! Thanks for all the good thoughts!!!
