Low carb comfort foods - MyFitnessPal

The 4.4 pound bag of Carnation nonfat powder milk arrived. I figure it's more ecological in terms of packaging and delivery to buy a big supply rather get a new bag every week or so. Makes 22 quarts, which should last a while.

The Nook HD+ screen just went bad. It only lasted six months. Before that, it was crashing repeatedly. I shelled out $40 for a micro-SD card with Android 4.4 to cure that so I'm out of pocket for that as well. Now I will have to dredge up the receipt (good luck with my filing system) and see if Barnes & Noble will replace or fix it. That's the last Nook I buy. They've been snake bit. The one I had before that got stolen. I was going to get a refurbished desktop computer as a reward for exercising through the summer so it looks as if a replacement tablet will be a reward instead. Fortunately I've saved a lot of money by drawing down my grocery stocks, and there's more to be saved.

My plantar fasciitis has flared up again. Started wearing the blue light blocking glasses at dusk.

Cardio: 1 1/2 hours on the Air Walk Trainer, 5 minutes on the stepper. Steps: 1037.

Relaxation: a half hour nap.
