Day 4

I had a Wilson toffee this morning and it really upset me that I did that, but I am not going to do it again - I said I will follow this 100% and that is what I am going to do!

Swelling on my face is going down really well (Since it swelled hectically after my sugar & carb binge before starting the plan)
So far today bloating is better - Skipped the Magnesium pill in my pill pack this morning since I believe that had an effect!

Also not too happy with having 2 cups of coffee today :( But I won't make it habit ! Better than a chocolate I guess !

I feel good physically today, and that's a good sign!

Thanks will look out for them... Although I am supposed to refrain from any such thing for 2 weeks ! I was just weak this morning! I normally have whey and banana (my afternoon snack) which helps alot too!

1 Good thing - Everyone is having burgers and slaptjips for lunch - I took my Plate with chicken and veg and having it without even being sad about it !!!

The Maxilean only contains 3gr of carbs and they are only 116 calories and ZERO sugar, so this would be a great treat. Good luck with the rest of the diet, I have only started eating well since Monday again, after loosing 23kg earlier this year. So this is phase 2 for me to lose another 20.
