awesome I am trying to do some exercises that I can tolerate, I have a back injury.

Thanks Hooks. If you find any exercises that work for you, you can do them in sets at different times. You can break your exercising into small sets over the course of the day, this way your not putting as much stress on your back. Your total amount of minutes for the day provides the same benefit as if you did them all in one shot. Good Luck.
