Shessh - finally made some good progress and then threw it all away when guests came to town! I definitely ate and drank too much while they were here and didn't work out at all really. I'm back on the wagon now and am doing week 4 of P90X. Hopefully the 2 lbs I gained back will come off quickly.
118.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
