As of yesterday, Friday September 26, 2014, I over indulged on food and felt disgusted. Also, upon viewing my surroundings and how things are going for me in life, I decided that now is the time to take action and not wait any longer. Stuff needs to get done now. I need to lose a lot of weight in a reasonable time frame. I'm going for bringing myself down to 200lbs in a year, which would mean to lose about 90lbs in a year. I want feel good and look healthy and have more energy. Eat less more frequently and exercise about 4 times a week. Nothing intense, just trying to burn the fat and not lose muscles. After one day, I feel better and things are looking good. Gotta maintain a positive attitude.
