What I want for breakfast: Grits, eggs, sausage, bacon, belgian waffle and/or country biscuits, smothered potatoes, and a grande cinnamon dulce latte.

What I'm having for breakfast: Slim Fast Strawberry Cream shake.

I've been doing the vanilla slim fast powder with some coconut milk, berries, 1/2 a banana and some ice, yummy and filling. I think I may try some pineapple next time. I only do those shakes about 2x per week otherwise I get sick of it. I love my fattening breakfast foods too, but I don't like the guilt that comes with them. I do sneak some turkey bacon in with my egg whites sometimes. Hope your lunch brings you a happy face!!

Creamy Milk Chocolate shake for lunch. ***sadder face*** Thanks guys, its true though....I want it....but I don't want what the scale says after I eat it. So I guess I'll be shaking it up!
