I am 30 yrs old and am the mother of one 11yr old son. Looking to be comfortable in my skin once again. When I was in HS I was no more than 130lbs. So my current weight is depressing. While I enjoy having thick legs and butt and have no intentions on being 130lbs again. This gut and back fat HAS GOT TO GO! I have a weakness for cheesy snacks (cheetos, cheez-its etc..) and eliminating these things have been a challenge. Hoping for a steady and positive end result!

flaxmeal bread (MIM)
Here's the recipe for MIM: (via sngglebnny ) - They come out PERFECT!

In a coffee cup mix 1/4 cup ground flaxseed (or flaxmeal), 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon Splenda (or one packet), 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Then add 1 tablespoon of butter (or margarine) and one egg.

Stir until thoroughly mixed then put your cup full of mix in the microwave for one minute.

Once done, you should be able to pat the sides of the cup and then turn it over so it comes right out.

what can i substitute in my coffee for cream?
Coffeemate makes Hazelnut in Sugarfree. It's not carb-less but its very minimal.

Diet Pills/Cleansing System
I tried the Acai Berry 14 day weight loss cleanse. It definitely curbed my appetite but it didn't really seem to "cleanse" me. And (as you already said) once I stopped taking them, I had a verybad headache for at least a week. I too have problems "going" and while dieters green tea usually helps me go...I only go that day. So I look forward to responses to this post as I need to find a way to cleanse more naturally.

Fatorexia: I'm not that fat...
In high school I was all of about a size 7 (at the MOST). After my son was born I was a size 5 (there goes blaming that extra weight on the kid....who is almost 12 now). I am currently a size 18 and STILL find myself in full DENIAL! I go shopping and hold up a pair of jeans size 13 "I can fit these", and then I go to the fitting room and cant even get them past my knees (assuming these particular pants must just "run small"Wink. I take ALL pictures from the shoulders up. And it isn't until someone catches a full body picture of me that I'm angry about my appearance. Please UNTAG that awful picture with my back fat and muffin top! Please and THANK YOU! LoL!
