What a great day, I got my FS set up and poked into all the different places you can go, cleaned house, ran some errands, walked a mile on my treadmill managed to eat and enjoy my meals. I felt good, after my walk I still had my mp3z playing so I did a 30 minute session of booty shaking LOL!! please ignore the disturbing mental image, the spirit of the thing is what really counts and I was pretty pumped when my playlist came to an end. That must be some of those feel good endorphins I keep hearing about, anyway I am really tired now. I should have no issues going to sleep tonight, think I will hit the bed new. Goodnight Folks!
