Yes, I lost weight. But I'm hungry!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week

Chug lots of water. Put ice in it and just chug away. It does fill you up. good luck.
