Yes! I feel like I got an awesome workout today! Well, compared to the nothing that I thought I was going to be doing.
Is it just me, or does it feel like FS overestimates the calories you burn in exercise. I don't think I seriously could have burned almost 2500 already...srsly. Eh,, only time will tell
I logged in my dinner(including the part that remains to be eaten) and I'm kinda below in calories...especially considering exercise that I did today. Hmm, I guess that means I can have a(healthy!) treat for a snack tonight. I'm thinking of making a single muffin/cake/thing with blackberries, some chopped almonds, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder...and whole wheat of course. Hmm, might be good, might not. Too lazy to use the over for a single serving so into the microwave it goes...
I need to check the campus doctor for an issue I'm having...FEMALE issues. It's got me kinda worried, seeing as this has never happened before and it's gone on much longer than supposed to...I don't wanna die! D: Lol, jk...
Hope everyone else's week is/will be going great! :)

I agree, it seems like FS overestimates the exercise burn, but then again, there are no descriptions, so walking - do you have to move your arms to burn those calories, or if you just walk, does that do it? LOL One of my other buddies had concerns about Female things going on too long, and someone suggested it can be due to weight loss... too much, too fast, and the body isn't adjusting. Make sure the doc knows about what you're eating and exercising, because it might be a small change you can make that will stop "things". I hope all goes well!

But, I haven't been losing anything in almost a month now. And the weight that I did lose was like 14 lbs in a month and a half..not too bad. When I went in the first time she did say that increased exercise can both increase as well as reduce that kind of occurrence. My issues is that it's between my natural time, as well as it going on longer than even the regular one does. I will ask about what can be done to "fix" it, though lol
