Seven hours of sleep, one hour drowsing while listening to podcasts.

Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

An hour of exercises for posture, neck, and trunk from "Age-Defying Fitness."

Strength training: 45 minutes of eight great exercises for arms with five-pound dumbbell bar and Iron Bull Tgrips 20, three sets of 16 reps each.

Cardio: one hour, 10 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer.

Relaxation: 30-minute nap, 24-minute whole body guided meditation.

I've been trying to cut down on my consumption of artificial sweeteners because a new study says they interfere with your intestinal bacteria. Just got a bunch of of Trident and Dentyne to chew after meals and realized they contain sucralose (Splenda) and aspartame.
