Bad food day yesterday, had a buttered Vollkorn roll with two large whole-milk Cappuccinos at a local place. This was followed by a wonderful pot roast that probably had too much salt for my diet and the end result was a 400 gram gain this morning.
Good news is that I am making progress on my fitness regimen, had a beautiful walk this morn as the sun rose, did my calisthenics first thing out of bed, and today is a gym day. Hopefully, all together that will get me past my sins .. The battle continues ..
