I tried hard to adhere to my chosen meals and snacks yesterday but I messed up big time today. I did not have any breakfast today but then had 2 slices of pizza for lunch today and then had a veggie/cheese omelet with 1/2 cup of salsa for dinner. Although I feel terrible about this, I do not plan to give up. I will start again tomorrow! I know it's going to be a struggle for me in the beginning, but I will keep a positive attitude and continue on.
