I was so frustrated yesterday because I only lost .9 lbs last week so I tried something new to fool my body into thinking I was not dieting (or so I told myself). I ate 8 slices of pizza and drank a glass of wine plus ate 4 servings of Graham crackers. I felt bad and disgusted with my diet all night and could not believe I broke my diet after doing so well for the last 3 months. I am starting over again today and plan on being good for the next 3 months. I weighed myself and today and gained 1 pound in one day...crazzyy! Never again will I do that.
