So Yesterday's Good and Bad
Good: Did not overeat till I felt uncomfortable & Bloated Kept main meals healthy & Balanced
Bad: Had too much sugar & treats Ate after 8PM Snacked between Main meals & Snacks - food that was not planned in consumption.
I want to try & record every day in this manner - that way it's easier to see which Good/Bad Habits keep recurring.
