Weekend Update:

Bad:
Ate way too much sugar
Ate way too much in general
Binged

Good:
Can't really think of anything ! :(

Well so that's that for "Discipline" & "Determination"
Feeling Sad and Depressed & also didn't go to gym this morning !

Just sad and so angry and dissapointed in myself :(

Shygetslean looks like we had the same type of weekend. never the less we start fresh today and try to lose what we have gained over the weekend. as Ibiza said Chin up. Look at my gain over the weekend maybe you feel good if you see my 2kgs of gain . :- )

Thanks Guys... But I really have to start getting better at managing weekends! If I go nuts every weekend - it equals something like 7 days a month (If its only saturdays and sundays)... But will go for a body assessment the weekend & get a eating plan! I have to get on track and STAY there !
