Completely abandoned my good eating habits with friends and at a weekend tailgate party. argh. Gotta stick to the program, lose the weight first, THEN an occasional venture off the good eating path can be easily fixed by being vigilant for just a week or two. To get done what I want done, I need to be a good LOSER for about two months! I can do this!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
