After a lot of consideration and trying really hard with the South Beach Diet of phase one and two consistently, I've come to the conclusion that my body has acclimated to it and I need to give something else a shot, so I'm doing weight watchers and working out. I'm gonna start 3 days a week and gonna work up to 5 days I'm hoping. My boyfriend is happy to work out with me so we're going to do it... hopefully this will get me out of my rut and I will lose these final 20 pounds... we shall see I suppose. Wish me luck cuz I'm not great with portion control, that's why I decided to do this one, it's something I need to work on.

I had lunch with a few of my cousins and my uncles, mom, and sister, also saw my grandma for mother's day yesterday and I was looking around and stopped and thought for a second and am like wow... I really don't have very good genes and if I'm not careful then I'm going to end up like this later so I need to keep my weight in check. So I talked to Brian (boyfriend) and we went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of healthy food and made a plan to eat healthy and go to the gym so here's to hoping everything works. He moved in over the weekend and we both thankfully eat really healthy and try to be active so I just hope this works cuz I really don't want to look like that or gain anymore weight... I want it to come off. Here's to getting this off!
