1379 kcal Fat: 54.88g | Prot: 85.70g | Carb: 140.67g.   Breakfast: Milk (Nonfat), Herbalife Protein Drink Mix - Chocolate, Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Bananas, Spinach, Best Yet Mixed Berries, Tropicana Trop50 Orange Juice. Lunch: Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables (Including Carrots, Broccoli, and/or Dark-Green Leafy) in Tomato-Based Sauce. Dinner: Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat). Snacks/Other: Great Value Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Meijer tortilla, Gala Apples, Peanut Butter, Snak Club Raw Almonds. more...
