Wow I think my Butt forgot what it meant to run! OUCH!!! I am sore today!!! But feeling good! I will be off at lunch again today to do some more. No more turning back. Main goal still November 20th to have lost 50lbs. That means i need to loose about 25-28lbs to be where i want to be! that is going to be tough seeing as we only have about 9 weeks until then. YIKES! Oh well i will give it my best :-) have a good day all!
