I am a pretty bad girl today. Since I am taking Betsey out for lunch, and since Sue is coming over tonight, I am over indulging. I got up at 2:30 AM. But 7, I had cleaned up the kitchen from yesterday's cooking extravaganza. By 9:15, my bean casserole was out of the oven. I had to taste it twice just to check out whether or not it was done. And I was hungry enough to eat a persimmon muffin about 8 AM. Plus I needed 2 cups of tea this morning, since it was a long morning. I'll be so good tomorrow!!!
