Let's just day for the record 2 things do not go good with Low Blood Sugar! 1. Too much Fruit and 2. Sushi!
295.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 70.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1014 kcal Fat: 22.24g | Prot: 55.53g | Carb: 134.44g.   Breakfast: Half and Half Cream, Coffee, Danone Danino, Nordica 2% Cottage Cheese. Lunch: Bananas, Dairyland 2% Partly Skimmed Milk, General Mills Honey Nut Cheerios. Dinner: Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Kraft Stove Top, Turkey Meat. Snacks/Other: Snyder's of Hanover Hot Buffalo Wing Pretzel Pieces, Peaches. more...
