Kale shrank up a lot when I heated it. Ended up not adding any dressing, feta was enough. The persimmon went really well with the chicken and kale. I need to find some more persimmons. Not the fancy ones, just the regular ones that don't make it to the stores.

Sautéed kale with olive oil is really good.

Persimmons are good except when they're still green. I made a mistake when I was a kid and bit into a green one! 😖
