Went out to dinner last night and indulged a bit. Along with the exercise, should still have stayed the same, but I believe that the salt caused some water retention and up went the weight. Will drink lots of water today and see if we can reverse it.
Birthday brunch today so will skip the normal breakfast and try to be reasonable. Not looking like a weight-losing weekend.
192.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
