Day 5

I was so late to work this morning, I missed my usual breakfast. i ended up eating some nuts and 2 tbsp of Hummus. My stomach is hurting now :( LOL!! My own fault, I ate the hummus right out of the container, It was good.

My peek at the scale today was pleasant. I am holding out for Sunday to post.

I know it didn't sit well in your tummy but what a way to keep on plan, while in a rush. Bravo! I keep low sodium V8 on hand for that reason. Your hard work and effort are bound to pay off on that scale. Way to go!

Yes, keeping stuff on hand is important. I woke to no cut veggies. Luckily my hubby had grabbed a container of those trader joe's persian cucumbers and I had a some celery still at work or I might have gone "nuts" too (not the worse thing but I need the veggies). georgia
