I was so hungry after dinner, I ate a good dinner but was still hungry. I ate fattening snacks, I will work on eating healthier snacks and ask myself if veggies will hit the spot when I'm feeling "hungry" at night. I definitely have noticed emotional eating recently, too. The feeling of "giving up" and not caring. Feeling that I'm too far gone. But I know I can do this, I just need to keep the determination.
