I was so hungry after dinner, I ate a good dinner but was still hungry. I ate fattening snacks, I will work on eating healthier snacks and ask myself if veggies will hit the spot when I'm feeling "hungry" at night. I definitely have noticed emotional eating recently, too. The feeling of "giving up" and not caring. Feeling that I'm too far gone. But I know I can do this, I just need to keep the determination.

you have support here on this website too. i know what 'giving up' and the feeling of 'why bother' feel like. Don't give up. we can do this. we just have to change our MINDS along with our bodies. (easier said than done huh?)
