Back to weight loss. Rose a bit higher than I had allowed myself, but 1) I kept below the dreaded 200 mark and 2) I am working to drop it back off again. This is my version of maintenance. I've never been able to stem the rise in weight once it started going up before. This time I'm having great success at it. The difference is the daily logging of food and exercise in FS. It keeps me honest with myself and makes me accountable for my choices. I'm in my 9th month of maintenance and going strong. First time in my adult life. I'll have to be watchful this weekend, as we're taking my Father-in-law to dinner on Friday night at his favorite Mexican restaurant and my wife and I are going to a dinner theater on Saturday. 3-Course dinner with a murder thrown in.

Finishing up the fourth week of Power 90. This week I moved up to the more difficult level and the workouts are faster paced and more difficult, but I've been able to keep up so far. This has been the perfect program for me and I'm starting to see results already.

Yoga starts up again next week. I'm going to start going twice a week. One night will be flex and balance and the other will be a blend of Vinyasa & Hatha yoga.

Still recovering from the trapezoid injury. Don't know what I did to it, but its taking a good long time to heal. Less painful after nearly two weeks, but still nagging pain. Particularly at work. Speaking of which. Wow. its my off-season and usually I go in to the office for a few hours, twice a week and work a few more hours from home. But this year, I've been in the office most afternoons and work from home most days that I'm not in the office. I'm starting the training of all my employees on the new software we'll be using starting in January for tax returns and I'm getting ready to start using new cloud-based bookkeeping and payroll software as well. Steep learning curve this year.

Well, its time to get back to the grindstone. I hope everyone is having a good week and that your weekend is wonderful.
