I am getting close to my goal, but I don't feel thin! I know alot of people tell me that I look great, but I just don't see it in the mirror. I look better than I did, but I don't look like I want to yet. I still see so many areas that jiggle and need work. I know I have abs, but they remain hidden under a layer of fat. I am not sure that I am going to be happy at 125. I know my doctor wants me to stop at 125. I will be going for another doctor's appointment on Thursday and I intend to discuss this with him again. I really think another 5 - 10 pounds may be needed for me to feel like this has all been worth it!


Had a nice night last night. Watched the Disney movie Tangled with my family. I only walked a mile on the treadmill and started having pains in my shins. I stopped and did some light weight exercises, but the pain did not let up enough to resume my treadmill for the evening. Tonight I plan to go walk at the park.

I will be doing more house cleaning this evening. I am expecting my new bed to arrive today or tomorrow. I want a clean bedroom when it arrives. I will clean the ceiling fan and base boards tonight.
