Moving on down! 14 1/2 pounds to goal! I am finding time to exercise this week that just was not there the last two weeks! I got in workouts but the were hectic and rushed! This week I just seem to have a little more time. Now today I will not get any real exercise in, as I have to run errands at lunch and church will take my entire evening tonight. Lunch will be a lean cuisine and broccoli as usual, but we will grab something to eat after church tonight as I will be at church from 5:40 - 8:45 tonight. Youth choir, Adult choir and hand bells all practice tonight.
