YIPPEE Day 4 Smoke Free!

I have been doing better with my eating as well. I had a slim fast for breakfast, and already had 2 cups of water, and looking for another bottle. I went to feed the horses, and went to the gym and I am back home before noon. Chelsea went to a friend's house while I went running around so I am getting ready to jump in the shower before picking her up. I am also going to babysit this afternoon and make a lil extra money to go to the Rodeo this weekend. We are going to ride the horses in the parade I think Saturday Evening. If we can get them a bath, and cleaned up before then. Well I still got a lot to do to get ready for this weekend so I hope everyone has a wonderful Thursday!

I am back down 1/2 pound and hoping to lose more water weight before official weigh in, wish me luck.

While surfing the web I found on webmd a bmi calculator with a lot of information. It gives you your BMI and waist to tallness ratio, for how many pounds you are wanting to lose per week your target calories, your target heart rate while exercising, and your ideal weight range for your BMI. It was pretty cool. I will definitely check back as I lose weight to keep track of things.
UPDATE: Michael had his first night of wrestling tonight so things were a little hectic trying to get everything done in time to go with him for that so we went out to eat. Big mistake, I should know better than go to arby's because I have little power over cravings and it showed on my food diary today for sure. I love the loaded potato bites and the curly fries. I normally get a salad but eating a salad in the car is a little tricky so I opted for the sandwich. Michael did okay, he did participate but not as much as I would have liked to have seen I hope he gets in there the next time.He says he had fun, but he sat watching most of the night even when they were doing things he can do, like running and stretches, with this look on his face like he was fixing to cry. I am not paying for something if he is going to be miserable doing it. Well I can hardly keep my eyes open so I am heading to bed.

Congratulations on your smoke free days. My father-in-law is also trying to quit smoking. I can only imagine how difficult it would be to not only be trying to quit smoking, but trying to lose weight in the process. That website you talked about sounds really interesting. Can you tell me where it is so I can check it out myself? My first week didn't go so well, even though I stuck with my points almost completely. Keep up the good work!
