10st 4 (4 off at WW but with provisos!) We tried another WW group Monday but the leader still wasn't quite my cup of tea, and I was dismayed to weigh in at 10-8, 6.5 on since 4/8 when I last went. Yesterday morning we tried another group that is further away but has a great leader, and the double advantage of being weighed first thing on an empty stomach, and of Saturday then being the "grey" post-weigh in day! I weighed in there at 10-4, but I realise this is chiefly down to the difference between being weighed first thing and last thing, not even really the weight of three meals but still it was encouraging. I have been more sensible since Tuesday, and started to add in a bit of activity to get back into good habits, and been tracking, which is always key. I did go a bit overboard last night with McDonald's and revels while watching a film, but that was because our plans for an allowable curry were scuppered by my being an hour's drive away at dinner time. But since I've reset this morning somehow that doesn't feel so bad! Next weekend we're going to the Guinness World Record attempt for regency costume in Bath so that is a risk of unplanned eating but at least it's only for a day :-)
144.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
