Phew.... Labor day picnic and two lunch meetings with pizza - wasn't sure if eating right the rest of the time would pay off. Need to get back into the cardio as well.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 35.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
