I gave up Coke and other carbonated beverages. I wonder if this has had a lot to do with the quick drop in weight?

1903 kcal Fat: 78.21g | Prot: 103.75g | Carb: 211.67g.   Breakfast: Bagel Thins - Cinnamon Raisin, scrambled eggs, Just Fruit Blackberry Spreadable Fruit. Lunch: almonds, apple, Market Creations Mushroom Tortelloni. Dinner: Sweetened Dried Cranberries, Shelled Walnuts, Light Thousand Island Dressing, romaine salad, sweet peppers, Light Feta Cheese, chicken. Snacks/Other: Pure Protein bar, Honey & Strawberry Greek Yogurt. more...
