Feeling good today. It's another stormy day. Knees are feeling better. Once I can exercise again I am going to ride my road bike before I start running. I am so jealous of my family. My daughter and her husband run almost every day. I used to run with them now I can't. I calculated my calorier for yesterday. Stayed down below 2000. At this point because I am not exercising I am maintainng rather than losing. I am feeling my control coming back.
