84 glucose (YAY!!!)
Body Fat measurements 11mm, 22mm, 7mm = 13%

I am going to try and average 3100 calories next week to slow down the weight gain a little bit. I still need to cut fat at some point. I have decided to let my weight get up to 180lbs. At that point, I will reduce calories and begin cutting the fat.

Do you enjoy eating that much food everyday or is it a hassle? My boyfriend also wants to get more muscles but when he doesn't eat the right kind of foods he gets a double chin and fat rolls on his stomach. He also gets more muscles especially on his arms and chest.

At first it was difficult, but I quickly got adjusted to the extra food. I have been eating peanut butter with an apple in the evening. Depending on how many more calories I need for the day is how much peanut butter I let myself eat. Most evenings I eat between 200-500 calories in just peanut butter. I really enjoy that part of it! But sadly, I am getting fat as well. But I will make myself stop eating so much when I hit 180 pounds.

I heard that some nutritionists recommend adding peanut butter to apple slices so that you always have some protein in your meals / snacks. I don't like peanut butter, eating that stuff would be like torture, hehe. Have a great evening. I'm off to watch project runway while ridding my stationary bike. I know, you would probably never ever watch that show LOL
