Worked out with the trainer yesterday. Endurance weight lifting, 60 seconds of various upper body and back lifts in rotation. I did three rotations and my muscles were exhausted. A little sore this morning.

I have gotten my fats up to a better level. Been focusing more on trying to incorporate more monosaturated fats and MCTs into my diet. Adding some variety with pecans and adding coconut milk to my coffee. I'm also still maintaining my large calorie deficits to maintain my weight loss. At some point I won't be able to maintain my current rate but for now I'm happy with it.

Ordered some coconut butter and unsweetened shredded coconut to try to make some fat bombs for when I need additional fat in my diet. May try a fat fast at some point but not quite ready for that, or try a true keto diet with fats above 80%. Some things to think about.
