CatHerder's Journal, 02 September 2014

Worked out this evening, 3 day this week. Tomorrow I work out with the trainer. My hamstring is still a little sore so he said he would focus on upper body. Should be interesting considering I did some weight work today in addition to 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical.

My weight hasn't budged for a couple of days but that's normal. I need to focus on getting more fats in my diet, I'm not really fond of the taste of olive oil but I guess I may have to resort back to that. Anyone up for shots of extra virgin olive oil? :)

I had never heard of them until now. Sounds interesting and something I shoud try. I get into the habit of doing shots of olive oil when I was into weight lifting as it is considered a very healthy fat. I still don't care for the after taste though.

try coconut oil. I prefer it's taste a lot to olive oil. My husband loves olive oil but it's not for everyone ;-)
